1.1 All customers wishing to return product deemed to be defective must complete the attached RMA form. Fields for part no, serial no. (where stated) and return for reason are mandatory. Please ensure this information is accurate and complete to allow the process to proceed.

1.2 Once approved by our QA department, an RMA number will be released. Units received without an authorised RMA will be returned to send.

1.3 Customers are liable for return costs to Tekdis Ltd, unless pre-authorised.

1.4 If the product is still within the manufacturers warranty (normally 12 months from Tekdis invoice) products will need to pass through the repair / failure analysis process. Repair will be carried out locally where possible, or returned to supplier.

1.5 Goods provided on a sale / return basis MUST be returned in original packing and in as new condition to be liable for a credit. Failure to do so may result in a re-stocking fee or invoice.

2.2 Please affix RMA number to the outside of the box. Important – Customers are responsible for return transportation costs, goods should be sufficiently packaged for safe transport. We cannot accept liability for damages occurring due to inappropriate handling and packing
