MTE560I PCIe M.2 SSD
80GB/160GB/320GB/640GB PCIe M.2 SSD PCIe Gen 4x4 interface 112 layers of 3D NAND flash SLC Mode technology
Transcend's M.2 SSD MTE560I is equipped with a PCI Express (PCIe) Gen 4 x4 interface, 112 layers of 3D NAND flash, and SLC Mode technology, which provides high sustained speeds and SLC-grade durability. Its built-in DRAM cache allows for fast random read and write speeds while also increasing drive endurance. Furthermore, the 30" gold finger PCB, Corner Bond technology, and anti-sulfur resistors ensure its dependability in harsh environments. Transcend's MTE560I is also 100% chamber tested in-house for a wide range of operating temperatures ranging from -40°C to 85°C.
The MTE560I is also a self-encrypting drive (SED) that meets TCG (Trusted Computing Group) 2.0 standards. Data is safeguarded by hardware-based AES 256-bit encryption and sector-specific LBA (Logical Block Address) permissions.
