MTS952A SATA III M.2 SSDs
M.2 SSD with SATA III interface and state-of-the-art 3D NAND technology
The SATA III interface and cutting-edge 3D NAND technology of Transcend's MTS952A M.2 SSD enable the vertical stacking of 96 layers of 3D NAND flash chips. This density breakthrough significantly increases storage efficiency when compared to 3D NAND at 64 layers, and its integrated DRAM cache enables quicker access. The MTS952A complies with TCG Opal 2.0 requirements. Hierarchical permissions and encryption are used to protect data. With an endurance rating of 3K Program/Erase cycles and an extended operating temperature range of -20°C to 75°C, it has undergone extensive internal testing to ensure dependability in mission-critical applications.
Key Features:
- DDR3 DRAM Cache embedded
- 30µ" PCB gold finger
- Endurance: 3K P/E cycles (Program/Erase cycles) guaranteed
- Key components fortified by default with Corner Bond technology
- Promised operational reliability in an extended temperature range (from -20°C to 75°C)
- Dynamic thermal throttling
- Built-in LDPC ECC (Error Correction Code) functionality
- Supports S.M.A.R.T. function to conduct health monitoring, analysis, and reporting for storage devices
- Power-saving DevSleep (Device Sleep) mode
